Happy ride with e-mountain bike through Salpauselkä
Experience geological sites of international significance, some over 2 billion years old along the Salpausselkä mountain biking trail. Our journey takes us through the hearth of the Salpausselkä Global Unesco Geopark! On this mountain bike tour, you`ll discover some traces of the ice age; for example the stunnig "suppa" terrain, the Pirunpesä gorge and the enchanting Iso-Tiilijärvi lake and marsh area. Along the way, we`ll stop for lunch in a charming Finnish resedential area. Enjoy the breathtaking views and the assistance of an e-mountain bike.

Participation requirements for Kitetirri Outdoors guided tours:
Biker must be over 150 cm tall, must be able to get on and off the bike easily and must know how to pedal on the road and on a wide path safely and without fear. Normal condition, no serious illnesses, for example a heart defect.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Participating in the excursion does not require previous experience in e-mountain biking, but you must know how to ride a bike. We will guide you in the operation of the bikes at the beginning and do some driving practice.

Good to know:
Equip yourself for the trip with weather proof clothings, if rain, some waterfest jacket and trousers, sturdy outdoor shoes.
Please note that in wet weather the mud may fly, but that is the salt and joy of mountain biking.

Electric-assisted mountain bikes: we use Kitetirri Outdoors' electric-assisted, high-quality bikes on the trip. There are bikes of different brands and sizes, sizes XS - XL.
Who is the tour suitable for: The trip is suitable for almost anyone and you don't need previous mountain biking experience. At the beginning of the trip, we go through the use of the bike and safety instructions, such as braking. As the name suggests, an electric bicycle with electric assistance helps and so cyclists of very different fitness levels can participate in the trip. It's good to note that we go at a pace suitable for everyone and choose the terrain accordingly.

Cancellation and payment terms: The cancellation date is the day on which Kitetirri Tmi has received information about the cancellation of the order via e-mail kitetirri@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for sending the cancellation in sufficient time.
If the order is canceled earlier than 21 days after the start of the reservation, the cancellation is free. When there is a maximum of 21 days and a minimum of 14 days before the start of the order, delivery costs will be charged for the order. The amount of delivery costs is €25 (incl. VAT 24%). When there is less than 14 days to the start of the order, but at least 7 days, 50% of the order's reservation price will be charged. When there is less than 7 days to the start of the order, the entire reservation price will be charged.
The trip is invoiced when ordering, no later than 14 days before departure.
